Mateusz Kozłowski

Mateusz Kozłowski - since 2013 he is an activist in startups market. Initially, he was a programmer and project manager in several technologies companies and cofounder of his own innovative startups. Startups were various, from project automating orders and payments in restaurant to an intelligent assistant in project management process for huge companies.

In addition Mateusz from the few years have cooperated with Microsoft. As Microsoft Student Partner, he had to create student user group community at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University and organize a lot of workshops and technology conferences.

In 2014 Mateusz represented CEE in Seattle during a meeting MSP Summit. From 2015 he is Microsoft Student Consultant and his duties are: managing student user groups in the south-eastern Poland, promote technological development and evangelization of the scientific community.

Also Mateusz has developed and implemented on the market nationwide series of workshops (called Imagine Camps) preparing startups to the world’s largest technology competition Microsoft Imagine Cup.

Mateusz also manages United Solutions – startup, which can help other startups, SMEs and universities in building and supporting technologies solutions. Additionally, Mateusz cooperates with the city of Lublin, Marshal Office, President of city Krzysztof Żuk, Marshal Sławomir Sosnowski, Lublin Business Environment Institutions Cluster, Lublin IT Upland, Easter Business Angels Network in building startups ecosystem in Lublin.

In the last time Mateusz was invited to participate in digitalization council (The Ministry of Digitalization) chaired by Anna Streżyńska – Minister of Digitalization and Włodzimierz Marciński, which was created to suport the government in build new methods to computerize society.

Real Challenge - Founder & CEO

My duties were business development,gathering investments and clients. Information about the project: Real Challenge is a way to improve the motivation and efficiency of workers by using methods to manage projects and the upcoming trend that is gamification. Real Challenge also provides detailed statistics to analyze the work effectiveness throughout different stages of the company. The system will be a friendly assistant to the user, guiding him through different stages of the project growth and suggesting the correct behavior analyzing archived data.

Microsoft Student Consultant

As part of the Microsoft Student Consultant Program it is my duty to manage and coordinate the workings of student groups throughout south-east Poland. The region’s task is to support technological advancements and evangelization of the environment using the company’s technologies. Furthermore I worked out and implemented a workshop cycle (Imagine Camps) preparing startups for the biggest technology event in the world, Imagine Cup. Moreover I represented Microsoft at startups events like Wolves Summit, where I looked for technology startups to invite them to technology acceleration.

Microsoft Student Partner

As part of the Microsoft Student Partner Program it was my duty to create a group (a student society) working in cooperating with the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, which creates technological solutions using Microsoft technology. Additionally it was my task to organize weekly technological workshops, the organization of the IT Academic Day conference and hackathons. In 2014 I was rewarded for creating the most active society in Poland and I received the opportunity to share my experience on the MSP Summit gathering in Seattle (Redmond).

Fast Queue - Founder & CEO

My duties were product development, business development, gathering investments and clients. Information about the project: The goal of Fast Queue is to improve the way in which certain establishments work, especially those where you lose a lot of time standing in line. The system is mainly intended for bars, pubs and restaurants, where waiting for your order can be especially irritating. We create one mobile application for placing orders for all establishments in which waiting in line is unavoidable. Additionally its asset will be the possibility of automatic payments using the NFC interface (or PayPal), which is now an inseparable part of our phones. We want to create one application in which the potential client could choose an establishment in which he or she would like to have lunch.
